Dear Manal,
It has been close to 45 days since we closed and wanted to send a letter thanking you for all of the support, guidance and knowledge provided during our search.   This letter is long overdue, however moving during the holidays, spending time out of town and attempting to unpack has kept us very busy. 
We had just begun our search for a new home utilizing the internet as a primary resource in August. We had no intention of working with a realtor because we did not want to be pressured into signing contracts or committed to one specific person. It just so happened the first home we visited you were the listing agent. You were extremely cordial, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs. We explained what we were looking for and left to visit other homes in the area. To our surprise, you emailed us that evening with several properties that may fit our needs.   Your research and emails continued for several weeks locating homes and eventually led to a weekend viewings. 
We continued to look at homes on our own but felt pressured by other local realtors showing. Those realtors seemed to promote homes as if they were in great condition when they were in fact flawed with many problems. We eventually chose to work with you as our realtor because of your honesty and integrity. It was the best decision we have made.   
You were outgoing, courteous, friendly and were always available. We could not have asked for a better person to work with. You are 100% correct about not trying to look for a home on our own.  The number of forms, letters, communication with the seller’s realtor and negotiations would have been too much for us. Your expertise and ability to explain the process was excellent. There were no surprises at closing because you did such an excellent job communicating with us, our broker and seller’s realtor. 
Manal, we feel very blessed and fortunate we met and chose you as our realtor and now our friend. We look forward to having your family over very soon. We invite your office and area manager to call and talk further about our satisfaction with you and Keller Williams. They should be very proud to have you representing their product. If you ever need a letter of recommendation we will be glad to help.
